In an effort to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data entry for managing appearances, we have developed batch data processing for:

LAWGIX allows for batch updates to existing records to eliminate inaccuracies and missing data. In addition, LAWGIX will not schedule multiple appearances for the same court/date/time on a case thereby eliminating the need to repeatedly curate a docket calendar prior to batch upload.
The LAWGIX Performance Dashboard is a customized dashboard/scorecard to track KPIs and other metrics on both the state level and across your entire footprint, regardless of the outside firm that is handling the file. This dashboard is critical to managing our quality assurance initiatives and identifying operational deficiencies.

We are a law firm and quality is at the core of our business model. We strive to build and maintain the absolute best team of appearance attorneys available to the collections industry. To accomplish this goal, we have developed a unique approach to hiring, training, and supporting our workforce.

A “closed” system of only employee attorneys
Hiring is done “in person” with resume reviews and one-on-one phone interviews (historically, we hire less than 10% of the attorneys that apply)
We rely on reliable reputational information about the attorneys that we hire - when there are experienced collection appearance attorneys in a particular market, we make a point to hire them
We train each and every attorney on the civil procedure and case law that relates to collection litigation in their jurisdiction
We provide hands-on, localized support to each of our clients
We utilize state managing attorneys to provide expertise and leadership to the entire team of LAWGIX attorneys in each state
Because of our unique culture and commitment to supporting our attorneys, we have turnover of less than 5% annually.
